Sommario
EASIMS mira a sviluppare strumenti di formazione innovativi per il "Gestore IMS" (IMS – Sistema di Gestione integrato per la qualità, ambiente e sicurezza) delle aziende che producono mobili e altri prodotti dell'habitat. Il progetto svilupperà un percorso formativo (Curriculum) per il responsabile dell'IMS, i contenuti della formazione nella gestione dei processi disponibili online in cinque lingue e uno strumento software per facilitare la progettazione e l'implementazione dell'IMS in azienda.

Project description
Integrated Management Systems (IMS) help companies dealing with Quality, Environment and Safety norms (mainly ISO9001, 14001/EMAS, 45001) to reduce management systems implementation difficulties and maintenance costs. Moreover, this system support companies competitiveness and strategies implementation. Within EU, SMEs represent 99% of companies and employ 68% of workers and this number is growing. SMEs limited human and financial resources make difficult for them create and maintain these systems that could help them being more competitive on the medium and long term. At the moment, there is a clear lack of training courses, materials and tools helping SMEs to acquire skills and knowledge needed to efficiently internally implement an IMS. Objectives: EASIMS project will develop 2 innovative training means to facilitate IMS design and implementation in SMEs, changing the training approach currently based on norms requirements: 1-A modular course based on processes management (identification, design, implementation, revision and improvement of processes and their elements) and composed of 50 training pills related to specific actions and tasks. 2-A software to facilitate the practical IMS design and implementation. They will be useful for SME IMS manager in any sector. An application case will be developed for furniture SMEs. They will provide practical training assistance to help IMS Managers to learn by doing through the design and implementation of an IMS in a specific SME.

All'interno dell'UE, le PMI rappresentano il 99% delle aziende e danno lavoro al 68% dei lavoratori e questo numero è in crescita. Le PMI hanno un limitato numero di risorse umane e finanziarie che rendono difficile creare e avviare questi sistemi cheinvece potrebbero aiutarli a essere più competitivi a medio e lungo termine. Al momento, vi è una chiara mancanza di corsi di formazione, materiali e strumenti che aiutano le PMI ad acquisire competenze e conoscenze necessarie per implementare internamente un IMS in modo efficiente. obiettivi: Il progetto EASIMS si svilupperà in due filoni di formazione innovativi per facilitare la progettazione e l'attuazione dell'IMS nelle PMI, modificando l'approccio formativo attualmente basato sui requisiti delle norme: Corso modulare 1-A basato sulla gestione dei processi (identificazione, progettazione, implementazione, revisione e miglioramento dei processi e dei loro elementi) e composto da 50 moduli formativi relativi a azioni e compiti specifici. • Costruire la struttura IMS (struttura) contenente processi, procedure
• Fornire e ratificare un nuovo curriculum congiunto per il Gestore IMS
• Produrre i materiali del corso di formazione (5 lingue) secondo i principi ECVET
• Fornire una piattaforma di e-learning con il materiale formativo integrato (pillole)
• Sviluppare un software per facilitare l'implementazione pratica di IMS
• Convalidare i risultati attraverso i corsi pilota (e diffondere i risultati)
Risultati:
• Corso on-line di IMS Manager (materiale formativo sotto forma di pillole formative)
• Dimostratore dinamico: software per la progettazione e l'implementazione di IMS
• Un nuovo curriculum specifico per il profilo professionale del gestore IMS

MERONI presentation
The Institute “Giuseppe Meroni” located in Lissone was founded in 1878 and was part of a context of strong furniture sector development linked to the introduction of the wooden mechanical processing and the first great furniture exhibitions. The goal was to give young people, who were working in that sector, practical and theoretical teachings about design, furniture production and technological innovations in furniture manufacturing. In 1968 it became State Vocational Institute, giving birth to the training of the best cabinet makers, interior designers and technicians who nowadays are still a flagship at international level. In the 90s, by the experimentation of “Progetto 92”, the Institute renewed its educational offer for the Wood-Interior design sector and for the Business and Tourism sector. In 2007 it increased its offer with the opening of the course of “Arts high School” specializing in Furniture Design.The latest School Reform lets the Institute start the Technical Institute for “Graphic Design and Communication” which has attained a great prestige outcome for having designed the Logo for the 6-month Italian Presidency of the European Union in 2014. The school has a Lab Factory : a platform for learning and innovation: a place to play, to create, to learn. Ours is a small-scale workshop offering (personal) digital fabrication. Our Fab Lab comprises digitally controlled machines like laser cutters, CNC-routers, 3D printers, with the aim to make “almost anything”. Over the years, the Institute has started different cooperation activities to enhance the educational offer, also in term of professional development and lifelong learning such as:
• Higher Technical Education courses in cooperation with the Politecnico of Milan, Monza, Como, Lecco Universities, Local Authorities and companies.
• Lifelong learning on the design of furniture components, on the material technology, on the production technique and on Design, courses for personnel operating in industrial and trade businesses or craft enterprises in cooperation with Trade associations.
• Partnership of Transnational training among the schools of the European community, enterprises and local authorities like, for instance, the LEONARDO programme for the European project VET & WORK and WOOD WORKERS ABROAD.
• Higher Technical Education and Training Makers: Higher Technical course for the production of products made in Italy with engineering and marketing in the wood furniture sector.

EASIMS BEGINS
The EASIMS project will train the quality managers of manufacturing SMEs in process management to implement an integrated management system: quality, environment and health and safety processes. The project, which is funded by the Erasmus + program, is coordinated by CENFIM and will have the participation of six European entities. The integrated management of quality processes facilitates companies to implement and deploy their strategies. Traditionally, companies manage individually the processes of quality, environment and safety and health. The integrated management allows to gain in effectiveness when dealing jointly with these processes, with the consequent rapidity in the implementation and savings in its maintenance. The innovative nature of the EASIMS is to focus on management training for processes and not knowing the requirements of the regulations. One thing is knowing the landmarks that mark the rules and another to know which are the most suitable processes to implement it at a manufacturing SME. This innovative approach allows SMEs, which can not allocate large specialized resources in quality management, implement a process management that will bring efficiency to the company and, if desired, will meet the requirements to be certified. The project will identify the necessary competencies for an integrated quality manager, establish a training itinerary and develop the necessary training content. Additionally, it will implement a computer tool to facilitate the implementation of the plan by its managers in their companies. The CENFIM cluster is the coordinator of a consortium that includes: the European Union of Furniture Manufacturers, the professional training institute Meroni of Italy, the Association of manufacturers AMUEBLA of Murcia, the Technological Center of the Wood and the French Furniture FCBA, the Polish educational software company DANMAR and the Rovira i Virgili University of Tarragona. The project is funded by the Erasmus + program and lasts 28 months.

EASIMS INIZIA
Il progetto EASIMS formerà i responsabili della qualità delle PMI manifatturiere nella gestione dei processi per implementare un sistema di gestione integrato: processi di qualità, ambiente, salute e sicurezza. Il progetto, che è finanziato dal programma Erasmus +, è coordinato da CENFIM e avrà la partecipazione di sei entità europee. La gestione integrata dei processi di qualità facilita le aziende a implementare e impiegare le loro strategie. Tradizionalmente, le aziende gestiscono individualmente i processi di qualità, ambiente, sicurezza e salute. La gestione integrata consente di acquisire efficacia nell'affrontare congiuntamente questi processi, con la conseguente rapidità nell'implementazione e risparmi per il suo mantenimento. La natura innovativa di EASIMS consiste nel concentrarsi sulla formazione manageriale per i processi e nel focalizzarsi sulla non conoscenza dei requisiti delle normative. Una cosa è conoscere i punti di riferimento che evidenziano le normative, ma l’importante è sapere quali sono i processi più adatti per implementare una gestione integrata in una PMI manifatturiera. Questo approccio innovativo consente alle PMI, che non possono stanziare grandi risorse nella gestione della qualità, di implementare una gestione dei processi che porterà efficienza all'azienda e, se desiderato, soddisferà i requisiti per la certificazione. Il progetto identificherà le competenze necessarie per un manager che si occupa di qualità integrata, stabilirà un itinerario di formazione e svilupperà il contenuto necessario per la formazione. Inoltre, renderà effettivo uno strumento informatico per facilitare l'implementazione di un piano che potrà essere utilizzato dai managers nelle loro aziende. Il cluster CENFIM è il coordinatore di un consorzio che comprende: l'Unione europea dei produttori di mobili, l'istituto italiano di formazione professionale G. Meroni di Lissone, l'Associazione dei produttori AMUEBLA di Murcia, il Centro tecnologico francese del legno e del mobile FCBA, la società polacca di softwares educativi DANMAR e l'Università Rovira i Virgili di Tarragona. L’Istituto G.Meroni di Lissone, da sempre impegnato in programmi europei, da quest’anno scolastico è diventato partner del progetto Erasmus+ azione K2 “EASIMS” che prevede un tavolo di lavoro per conto della Commissione europea dal titolo "Soluzione innovativa per implementare il Sistema di Gestione Integrato (IMS) nelle PMI". The second meeting of the EASIMS project
On June 3-4, the second meeting of the project EASIMS: InnovativE trAining Solution for implementing Integrated Management System (IMS) in SME took place in Paris.The purpose of the meeting was to assess the consortium’s work so far and plan future tasks.
